- For our Swiss customers!
- Customers from Switzerland won’t be quoted for value-added tax. This conversion will be carried out during the transaction of the order. The invoice will be made out net. You also have the possibility to change the currency to CHF in the shop. A Swiss bank account is existing, so no expensive bank transfer charges will arise either.

- Delivery times?
- Normally the ordered goods will be delivered within 48 hours. If an item should be sold out once, you will be informed about that. If you wish, the item will be delivered in addition free of costs.

- How safe are my data?
- We take the safety of your data seriously. We use the so-called "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) to transfer customer data. All information transmitted with this worldwide safest method will be encoded with 128 bits before they’ll be sent to us. To be able to process your order, we have to ask you for your e-mail-address, your name and address, telephone and – depending on the method of payment – for your bank account or credit card number and its expiration date. These data will be saved in a database and used for the sales procedure. The collected data won’t be sold or transferred to third parties for other reasons in any case.

- How will the goods be delivered?
- We send exclusively by Austrian post. The products will be send in an upholstered envelope and is protected against damages optimally. For piercing jewellery you’ll receive a disinfection for immediate use for free.

- How do I measure the stablength for the piercing?
- Please open the piercing infos on the right side of the shop and click on "measuring piercing correctly!" Here you’ll find a detailed explanation on how you measure the stablength correctly.

- Do I have a right of return?
- You’ve got a right of return for 14 days after receipt of the goods. To keep the term the timely dispatch suffices. You bear the costs for the return yourself up to a goods value of EUR 40.00. Xtrend pays the dispatch costs of the return for you as of a goods value of more than EUR 40.00. Goods returned carriage forward are not accepted by us. At receipt of the return a credit note of the paid amount plus the postage costs of the return will be credited to your account. A fair solution for the exchange of piercing jewellery We pack every piercing into a welded clear plastic bag. So you can have a look at the piercing and compare it. As long as you don’t open the clear plastic bag, you have a right of return for our piercing jewellery for 14 days as well. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange worn piercings, as we cannot sell them for hygienic reasons (You also wouldn’t like to buy worn piercings, would you?). So you have the guarantee that you’ll receive only new piercings from us.
